Part I: Research Proposal (60 marks)

Nurses are well positioned to identify gaps in patient care because of their continuous interaction with patients. However, relatively few clinical observations are translated into research that contributes to evidence-based practice. Critically discuss the extent to which individual, organisational and professional factors influence nurses’ participation in research.
