MPU7132 is the third OUM general course on integrity and anti-corruption. In the September 2026 tugasan, written in Bahasa Melayu, learners discuss the slogan “Rasuah Dihina, Maruah Dibina” through three short essays on personal dignity, economic inequality and political integrity, produce a 120-second anti-corruption video, write a reflection and take part in the online forum.
To assess the learner’s ability to explain how “Rasuah Dihina, Maruah Dibina” reflects Malaysia’s commitment to eradicating corruption while nurturing integrity and dignity in society. There are four tasks; answer all of them.
Write a personal reflection (limited to 6 pages) answering:
Discuss in the myINSPIRE forum: is a “zero tolerance” approach to corruption realistic and effective, or does it only push corruption further underground? Submit screenshots (JPG or PNG) of your best FIVE (5) postings showing name, discussion title, day, date and time.
Compulsory online activities in e-Lesson Week 5 and e-Lesson Week 10 on myINSPIRE. Check myINSPIRE announcements for the dates and times.
Rubric note: Tugasan 1 is marked on the introduction, the depth of each explanation, in-text references and examples, and originality of the answer.

The three MPU7132 essays are short, so each one must make a single clear point backed by a Malaysian example, such as an MACC (SPRM) case, the National Anti-Corruption Plan or a real community story, rather than general moral statements. Plan the video script before recording and keep it within 120 seconds, and make the reflection personal: what would you actually do if offered a bribe at work? Check the Malay spelling and the OUM referencing format before you submit. Our homework helper can review your essays and reflection, and our essay writing help supports structure and language. More OUM briefs are listed under Open University Malaysia assignment questions.
